Warwick Studies in Renaissance Thought and Culture

Cher.e.s Collègues, David Lines, directeur du Warwick’s Centre for the Study of the Renaissance, vous invite à prendre connaissance de la nouvelle collection Warwick’s Centre for the Study of the Renaissance (Brepols), qui recherche des projets ou des manuscrits à publier. Vous pouvez également consulter la brochure en fichier attaché. Bien cordialement C. Lastraioli     Warwick’s Centre for the Study of the Renaissance is pleased to announce a new book series to be published by Brepols: Warwick Studies in Renaissance Thought and Culture. This series explores the cultural forms, intellectual and religious traditions, and institutions of learning that shaped the Renaissance world (1300–1700), always aiming for an interdisciplinary and, where possible and relevant, comparative and/or global approach. Potential topics include the histories and interactions of art, language(s), literature, music, philosophy, science and medicine, and religion. It publishes studies that present and sustain fresh views and categories: those, for instance, that recognize the co-existence in the period of Latin and the vernacular; that examine the relationship between Classical and Christian traditions; that evaluate the potential connections between social, cultural, and intellectual history; or that challenge established chronological boundaries.    The series is currently actively soliciting book proposals and manuscripts. For further details, please see https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/ren/bookseries and/or contact the series’ Senior Editor, Professor David Lines (Cette adresse e-mail est protégée contre les robots spammeurs.
